Château Carbonnieux, Pessac-Léognan blanc grand cru classé de Graves 2023

A dry white with subtle floral aromas that become more fruity, with citrus and tropical hints, as the wine breathes. It's a crisp, dry mouthful with fine structure from ten months' ageing in barrels and casks with 25% new oak used. The finish is intense and full, with citrus freshness to the last. 
The estate recommends keeping this special bottle for four years from the vintage, and serving it with fish, seafood, poultry, milder cheeses and fruit desserts.
